From a young age, Kayla always knew she would be in the creative field. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD she studied Interior Design at both Savannah College of Art and Design and the Community College of Baltimore County. After being an interior design consultant for many years, she found her new passion by joining the Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen and Bath team in 2019.

At JGKB, she assists Sarah Kahn Turner with drafting, decision making, pricing, and project management with clients in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. As Kayla gains more knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry she plans to one day become a lead designer on her own projects.
