From the moment they bought this home, the new owners wanted to renovate the kitchen. The initial kitchen was a classic cherry, granite combination but it lacked functionality and had some slight design flaws. The kitchen basically worked with the house but not the new owners’ contemporary style and European aesthetic. With two young sons, they wanted the room reoriented for a full view of the family room and fireplace. They also wanted to preserve a small casual dining area with access to the back deck. They were eager to incorporate the latest technology for their appliances and fixtures and relied on us to make recommendations to fulfill their dreams.
