Jennifer is a great design talent, merging her facility with being able to design in any style with her extraordinary knowledge of and insights into the "mechanics" of great kitchen design. We recently did a complete kitchen remodel with the incredible design work of Meghan Browne from Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen & Bath. She did an incredible job of listening to our needs, evaluating our style sense, and finding solutions that maximized our space while making sure the kitchen matched the rest of the house. She introduced us to a great contractor as well that implemented her vision. We couldn’t have been happier with this process. The end result is way better than we could have imagined!

Jennifer Gilmer and her team created my dream kitchen- light, airy, sleek, functional and timeless. Throughout the design process, the team worked collaboratively with me, listening to my initial ideas and then bringing me design options that incorporated and improved on them in unique and creative ways. Jennifer introduced me to wonderful new materials to use in the cabinets and countertops that are both beautiful and practical to maintain. Although the footprint of the kitchen didn't change, I have much more storage as a result of Jennifer's thoughtful design and creative cabinet shelving and inserts. It is truly a pleasure to cook and entertain in our new kitchen.

We recently completed a full kitchen and powder room redesign and renovation project with Scott Stultz of Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen and Bath (JGKB), and we could not be happier with Scott’s design ideas, creativity, and the final result. Scott developed a wonderful vision for our kitchen, drawing on the many colors and textures found in a natural stone wall. The different materials, textures, and colors he selected blended together beautifully in a way we could not have anticipated. We could not have envisioned the look Scott created, but it ended up being just what we wanted. Jennifer Gilmer also provided great advice and support throughout the project. We thoroughly enjoyed working with both Scott and Jennifer. They were easy to work with, listening carefully and offering creative ideas, options, and solutions every step of the way. We selected one of the general contractors JGKB recommended—Mike Thornton and his team— and it was the best contractor experience we have ever had. Mike and his team were skilled, organized, hard-working, reliable, and adaptable. Working seamlessly with Scott, Jennifer, and the vendors, Mike and his team provided the expertise of craftsmen who know how to solve problems as they arise, making practical, sensible suggestions that we always accepted. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were ahead of schedule in completing the job. Jennifer Gilmer and her team designed and installed a kitchen that continues to generate "wow" comments from all who visit. Most impressively, they worked to hold responsible the company that provided the under cabinet lighting (which we were told by the company would last our lifetime) and failed after four years. The lighting was embedded in the cabinetry making this a complex and challenging project. Gilmer convinced the company to replace the entire system and arranged for installation at no cost to us. We couldn't be more pleased with Jennifer Gilmer's advice, design, installation, integrity and commitment to her customers.

Our kitchen is the heart of our home. Sarah Kahn Turner from Jennifer Gilmer Kitchens listened to our needs, saw our vision, and transformed our hearth into a welcoming and beautiful spot where we can warm hearts, fill bellies and nourish souls. She then helped us turn our master bathroom and bedroom into a serene and beautiful oasis. But even that wasn’t enough, so we asked Sarah to renovate our Bethany Beach house kitchen and master bath. Our worst problem is we can’t be in two gorgeous JGK homes at once.

We loved working with Sarah Kahn Turner at Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen and Bath. She has tremendous expertise in high-end projects and was very easy to work with. The process was smooth and she worked hard to guide us every step of the way. We ended up removing a wall in the kitchen that we might not have considered without seeing her plans, allowing us now to enjoy beautiful views from every part of the room. We appreciated her close involvement during project execution and her skill at solving any unexpected problem that arose during construction. After doing several projects with Jennifer Gilmer (JGKB) for clients of mine, it was my turn to ask for HELP...we live in a COMPACT home that had a challenging small galley kitchen...we are a family of "foodies" and working without getting in each other's way was impossible. Jennifer to the rescue! Her kitchen design work resulted in a fantastic plan that gave us more counter space and storage than we could have imagined....her attention to detail is extraordinary. I've been an interior designer for over 35 years so needless to say I had some strong opinions. Jennifer, ever so respectfully, listened to my thoughts and ideas for design and, when a new inspiration came, for revisions. Meghan Browne was engaged as well and helped facilitate...her presence was invaluable. Paul Lappas (Lappas Construction) deserves attention as well...he is a superb contractor that executed Jennifer's plans beautifully. He is among a rare breed of contractors that are patient, honest and most talented. Along with the talent, wisdom, aesthetics and enthusiasm Jennifer brings comes a professional that is also a friend. We have a stunning and highly functional kitchen that is pure joy to work in. JGKB was wonderful! Meghan Browne was helpful every step of the design and construction process. She assisted with a superb layout and material choices were spot on with my taste. Meghan was also very responsive and helpful with every minute detail and every question I had about the renovation. I would highly recommend JGKB and Meghan - no hesitation at all! They know kitchens!

We just completed a full kitchen and powder room renovation and could not be more pleased with the results and the experience. We have done numerous renovations in the past, and none has been so seamless and gone so smoothly from end to end. We worked with Paul Bentham, who friends had highly recommended. Paul was fantastic. He is a great designer that is a real pleasure to work with. We had lots of ideas for the kitchen, but Paul improved significantly on all of them. He is very devoted, produced drafts quickly, and was very effective at working within a budget. Whenever issues arose, Paul solved them, calmly and efficiently.

Jennifer Gilmer completely redesigned our kitchen making it a beautiful and functional upgrade to our home which was built back in the early 1990s. Working with Jennifer and Meghan was an easy experience they are so expert and talented in their field. When I was having trouble finding a suitable vanity for the Master Bath - Meghan just designed the perfect piece for us. We are very pleased with the results of our project and highly recommend them for future projects.
