Jennifer Gilmer and her team created my dream kitchen- light, airy, sleek, functional and timeless. Throughout the design process, the team worked collaboratively with me, listening to my initial ideas and then bringing me design options that incorporated and improved on them in unique and creative ways. Jennifer introduced me to wonderful new materials to use in the cabinets and countertops that are both beautiful and practical to maintain. Although the footprint of the kitchen didn’t change, I have much more storage as a result of Jennifer’s thoughtful design and creative cabinet shelving and inserts. It is truly a pleasure to cook and entertain in our new kitchen.

Sarah completely transformed my dull, dated kitchen into a sleek, contemporary space with beautiful cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances. Her cutting-edge design and “use of space” knowledge allowed me to enlarge my counter, island and food preparation areas and go the extra mile in outfitting my favorite and most used area in my house with a sophisticated, modern look. She listened to my likes and dislikes and created an elegant culinary living environment where I’m extremely proud to call home. Sarah is a very talented designer who has a keen sense of space and knowledge of the latest kitchen trends and classic designs.

We are truly fortunate to have had Jennifer Gilmer to guide us through re-building a master bath  Her eye to detail and discriminating artistic style has transformed the 1980’s bathroom into a bathing sanctuary. JGKB worked closely with our contractor as well as being available to answer technical questions and discuss the aesthetics of design with us as well as with our contractor and his team. This collegial approach resulted in an exquisite design and functionality; and, adherence to a timely schedule. All costs and budgets were disclosed early in the process and we did not experience lag time or cost overruns. This is our first design experience and we will be working with Jennifer Gilmer in the planning/designing of our kitchen.
